Frequently asked questions
1. How do I find a tutor that matches my requirements?
We always recommend meeting your tutor via online call first, so you and your child can get to know them and ask questions about their teaching techniques. It’s important to build a rapport before committing to lessons.
2. How does the introductory session work?
Our customer service team would be happy to help you find a tutor that matches your child’s needs, qualifications and goals. We offer a free introductory session where you can meet the tutor and get to know them better.
3. What is the cost of private tuition?
Our lessons are priced according to the level of difficulty, ranging from £24-£40. This allows us to tailor the content to your child’s needs and ensure you get the most out of your learning experience.
4. How often do lessons need to be held?
We can discuss the number of lessons you or your child needs during our free introductory session. Some of our students only need one hour a week, while others need four hours. This all depends on how quickly the student picks up the material and how much extra practice they need.
We want to make sure that every student has enough time to cover all the content and get plenty of exam practice, so we’ll work together to adjust the number of lessons as needed throughout the year. Most of our students increase their lesson time as they get closer to exams.
5. What is the minimum commitment required?
Our service is flexible and convenient- there’s no commitment necessary. You can pay as you go, making tutoring fit your child’s schedule and your budget.
